‘You’re over thinking it’ review :

This book taught me many things, things like how self love and healing can impact our day to day activities and interactions with others. It taught me how to be patient with myself. I also had a tough patch in between reading the book (dealing with a situation) and the first thing that came to mind was to keep reading. And I did. It pulled me out of that dark place without even stepping into it, it gave me motivation to keep on going and to not put myself down for others.
