🩷HONEST REVIEWS OF SHOES I OWN🩷

UGG TAZZ in sand

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — platform makes them a little wobbly to walk in & you can roll your ankle easily but they’re so cute, warm, and comfortable

Nike Air Jordan 1 Elevate High

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — they have a zipper on the inside so they’re easy to get on and off, super comfortable, and the only thing I don’t like about them is worrying about creasing them. I absolutely cannot stand having crease protectors in my shoes😂

UGG Ultra Mini Platform in chestnut

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — first off they’re SO COMFORTABLE. Some Uggs with platforms aren’t that comfortable/squishy but these are nice and squishy on the inside and extremely warm (this coming from someone who has cold feet constantly)

Nike Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — super cute and comfy. & Just like the same version in the high tops, my only worry is creasing them

UGG Disquette in chestnut

⭐️ Overall rating: 8/10 — these are extremely cute & keep my feet warm but they definitely function better as an actual slipper rather than a shoe. If I walk a lot in them the balls of my feet get really sore and it’s like a fight trying to keep your foot in them. Absolutely love them as slippers though!

Nike Air Force 1 Pixel

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — just like the other Nikes on this list — I love them, they’re comfy, cute, & only worry is creasing them

UGG Tasman in sand

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — these are basically my go to shoes. They’re comfy& look good with so many things. I wear these year round. Can be dressed up or down and, to me, are the best color option available. Love them so much

Converse Leather All Star Lift Platform

⭐️ Overall rating: 10/10 — comfy, cute, go with a lot, the platform makes them so much cuter to me than regular converse.

Can you tell I love platforms despite already being 6’ tall & I spend all of my money on shoes?😂

... Read moreOkay, so you've seen my absolute obsession with platform shoes, especially my UGG Tazz, Ultra Mini Platforms, and Tasman! They're definitely 'popular shoes' in my rotation, and my 'honest reviews' in this post really dig into why I love them so much. But let's be real, UGG has so many fantastic styles beyond just the platforms, and it’s that signature cozy comfort and versatility that keeps us all coming back for more, no matter the silhouette. When I'm hunting for new footwear, two things are always at the top of my list: undeniable comfort and how easily they'll fit into my everyday wardrobe. That's why I'm constantly checking out new UGG releases and diving deep into honest reviews online. For instance, while my current article spotlights my beloved platform UGGs, I know many of you might be curious about other popular styles, perhaps something like UGG Mary Janes or even their more athletic 'Heritage Utility' sneakers. While I haven't personally added those specific models to my collection yet, I can definitely share some thoughts based on my extensive experience with the brand and what I'd look for. The real magic of UGGs, whether it's a plush slipper like my Disquettes (which, seriously, are the best for cozy home days!) or a classic boot, lies in that consistent, luxurious sheepskin lining and supportive footbed. For anyone considering an UGG Mary Jane – you're likely searching for that iconic UGG comfort but in a different, perhaps more refined or casual-chic silhouette. I'd expect them to deliver that same soft, cushioned feel underfoot, making them a perfect, easy-to-wear option for those days when you want something cute and comfortable without the added height of a platform. They offer a different kind of versatility, perfect for lighter outfits or when you want a more understated look. And then there are UGG sneakers, like the 'Heritage Utility Sneaker' that some of you are searching for. It's fascinating to see UGG venture into more athletic-inspired footwear! While my Nike Jordans and Air Force 1 Pixels are my absolute go-to for a sportier, platform-elevated vibe, UGG's take on sneakers is intriguing. I'd anticipate their sneaker lines would seamlessly blend that signature UGG comfort with a more contemporary, casual aesthetic. They’d likely feature robust construction and, importantly, that soft interior, making them fantastic for long days on your feet. My 'honest reviews' always emphasize how crucial that 'squishy' comfort is, and I'd bet UGG's sneakers deliver on that promise too, solidifying their place as truly 'popular shoes' for a wider range of activities. What consistently draws me to my UGG Tazz and Tasman, and what I always prioritize in any shoe purchase, is their incredible ability to effortlessly pair with so many different outfits. The UGG Tasman, for example, has become my year-round staple because it works with everything from jeans to dresses. This kind of styling flexibility is absolutely key for any 'popular shoe' to truly earn its spot in a wardrobe. If an UGG Mary Jane or a Heritage Utility Sneaker can offer that same level of versatile styling, and most importantly, incredible comfort that lasts all day, then they're definitely winners in my book. It truly is about finding those footwear gems that you genuinely love to wear day in and day out, just like my cherished platform collection! So, while my current collection heavily features platforms, my 'honest reviews' philosophy extends to all types of footwear. Always prioritize that perfect blend of comfort, undeniable style, and practical wearability. Whether you're eyeing the iconic UGG Tasman, a new pair of platform high-tops, or even exploring the different comfort an UGG Mary Jane or a utility sneaker could offer, make sure it genuinely makes your feet happy and your outfits effortlessly chic. Happy shoe hunting!
