Solo walk & hiking tips!

Walking and hiking are great ways to explore an area and also an excellent workout . Here are some tops that I find helpful when doing it solo💗

.

.

Note: I would NEVER recommend to hike a big trail alone!

.

.

.

Some additional tips:

-depending on the length of your walk or hike bring a little protein bar or a snack.

-take photos along the way so you know you’re surroundings. It’s also a great way to capture your adventure.

-try not to look at your phone too much so that you’re aware the whole time… this helps you to be more present in the moment and take in all of the BEAUTY🌸🌲

Stay safe and happy walking 🌸☀️✨

... Read moreWhen venturing out for a solo walk or hike, it’s crucial to prioritize safety and awareness. Always inform someone about your plans, including your expected route and return time. This way, someone will know your whereabouts in case of an emergency. It's best practice to wear your earbuds with one ear free to stay alert to your surroundings. Hydrate well by bringing enough water and consider applying sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays. Start by researching new trails or exploring local nature reserves that are well-trafficked to ensure safety. Bringing a friend or family member along can greatly enhance the experience and add an extra layer of safety, especially on more remote trails. Capture the beauty of your journey by taking photos along the way, but remember to stay focused on your hike and avoid excessive phone usage. Observing your environment helps you appreciate nature and enhances your overall experience. Lastly, enjoy your solo walking or hiking experience. Embrace each moment and connect with nature, creating lasting memories while taking care of your well-being.
