It’s your first time In Rome✨

Rome:

some love it , some find it touristy and crowded. Enchanted with Rich history and beautiful architecture, there is so much to encapsulate your senses.

.

.If it is your first time , take in all the beauty that is Rome ..most importantly , do not over plan and allow the plans to create themselves as well.

,

.

Trevi Fountain:

An iconic site in Rome is a must to see at least once. If you do not like crowds I highly advise to visit early in the morning or late at night.

.

Visit the Vatican;

Another icon in Rome , which is actually an independent country. This is another place that sees thousands of visitors all of the time, so I would advise to plan accordingly and book tickets far in advance. We booked our tour through Viator which included entry to both the museum and sistine chapel with an optional guide.

.

.

Book a pasta making class:

Another fun activity that you can find on air bnb experiences, viator, and others. This was a true treat to see the love and care that is put into the creation of real pasta. We also got to dine with strangers who quickly became friends.

.

.

Wander!

There are so many beautiful churches, ancient buildings and things to see in Rome that some of the most beautiful things you see will be unplanned.

.

.

Visit the colosseum:

when in Rome-loterallu!

This is a must at least once. What an incredible phenomenon to see something that once held entertainment, battles and royalty. Once again, you can book a skip the line ticket with an optional tour.✨

.

.

visit Palatine hill :

Another wondrous beauty, especially at night lite up it makes for a beautiful photo spot ✨

.

.

Enjoy a tiramisu and aperol spritz- it’s a must 🍹✨💕

Rome
2025/12/8 Edited to

... Read moreExploring Rome for the first time can be both thrilling and overwhelming due to its rich history, stunning architecture, and popular tourist sites. To make the most of your visit, consider starting your day early or late to avoid crowds, especially at hotspots like the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. The Trevi Fountain, a masterpiece of Baroque art, is truly enchanting at dawn or after dark when the crowds thin out. One of the highlights of Rome is the Vatican City, an independent country filled with unparalleled art and religious significance. Visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel demands advance planning due to high visitor volumes. Booking tickets or guided tours through platforms like Viator can save time and enhance your experience. Whether you opt for a self-guided or guided tour, the intricate ceilings and masterpieces inside the museums are awe-inspiring. To immerse yourself in authentic Italian culture, signing up for a pasta-making class is a fantastic idea. These classes, available on Airbnb Experiences or Viator, offer a hands-on activity where you learn to prepare traditional pasta dishes and get to enjoy them with fellow travelers, creating a fun social atmosphere. Rome’s charm often lies in spontaneous exploration. Wandering through its winding streets reveals stunning churches, ancient ruins, and quaint squares that might not be in any guidebook. Palatine Hill, especially when illuminated at night, provides breathtaking views and photo opportunities. Don’t miss trying local delicacies such as tiramisu paired with a refreshing Aperol Spritz — a quintessential combination that captures the Roman spirit. Overall, while it’s tempting to plan every detail, allow flexibility in your itinerary; some of the most memorable moments occur when you simply soak in the city’s beauty and atmosphere. Enjoy your Roman adventure, blending historic splendor with authentic experiences to create a truly unforgettable trip.
