Journal page ideas!
Hi everyone!
This semester of #college I have been trying to give myself a lot of grace. Went through a nasty breakup, lost a family member, and have been SLAMMED with classes. I am beyond exhausted. The only thing that has been consistent in my life is this wonderful journal. It’s not a bullet, art, or junk journal. It’s just a journal. I’ve been doing whatever i want inside of it.
Here are some of my favorite pages!
Journaling during college can be a powerful tool for coping with stress, organizing thoughts, and fostering creativity. Based on your shared favorite pages and themes, consider incorporating a variety of elements that reflect your personality and daily experiences. One popular idea is the "about me" page, which allows you to personalize your journal with doodles, favorite music, hobbies, and motivational quotes. You can include sections that capture your mood, goals, and daily routine, making it a true reflection of your life. Using stickers, colorful pens, and washi tape adds a fun, visual aspect to your pages and can make journaling feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable creative outlet. Testing different markers and stationery items on specific pages can help you discover your preferred tools. Pages like "currently I'm" can be updated monthly, documenting what you're reading, watching, or how you're feeling. This not only serves as a personal diary but also helps track your growth throughout the semester. A "take a break" or motivational page can offer encouragement during tough times. Including personal affirmations and highlights from your day or week can improve your mindset. Finally, charm bracelet-themed pages or lists related to your interests such as meteorology, studying habits, or favorite snacks add a personal and thematic touch. These ideas support the flexibility you appreciate in your journal, helping you create a space that is uniquely yours and consistently comforting amidst the demands of college life.

This is so cute!! I’ve been wanting to start journaling
