I started my own locs with the intention of doing #microlocs but honestly I got lazy and they became bigger than intended but it was a blessing in disguise!! I maintain my own hair while being in college so microlocs would’ve been too much so I would say mine are #smalltraditionallocs :)

I started with keeping my hair in two strand twists back in February to get to the idea of locs. Then I waited for it to loc from the twists but I was still nervous. A few did loc but a couple of days ago, I took the plunge and started to locs this way. Now it’s time to wait to see the outcome.
