Things I take for my PCOS
Trying to figure life out with PCOS is harder then it seem. But here are some things I swear has helped me.. At first I was getting my period 2-3 times a year NOW I am getting it every other month. After taking supplements and drinking teas among other things. still need to put the work in and find things I can do or use to get my period every month. I try not to stress about it 😤 because I know this journey is not an easy or fast one!
