Easy Cake Mix Cookies
Super easy & versatile cookie recipe!
1 box cake mix (I used Devil’s Food Cake mix)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup oil (I used vegetable, but you could use coconut, avocado, etc)
Powdered sugar (optional)
1. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together until smooth in large bowl
2. Refrigerate for 30mins
3. Use tablespoon to scoop out cookie dough
4. Roll dough into ball, then coat in powdered sugar (optional)
5. Place dough onto baking sheet
6. Bake for 9-12 mins at 350 degrees
7. Cool for 10 mins after removing from oven
