How long should I cure my gel products?

Things to note✨

A "full cure" is at least 60 seconds in a big lamp. Anytime I mention fully curing something, this is what I'm referring to.

A "flash cure" is 5-10 seconds in a mini lamp, and a full cure in a big lamp is required after.

Refer to your gel products for instructions on how to use them. Check their websites if you can't find anything helpful on the packaging.

A full cure typically requires at least 60 seconds under a large UV/LED lamp, giving your gel polish the chance to set and adhere properly. On the other hand, a flash cure, lasting between 5-10 seconds in a mini lamp, can help in quick drying but should always be followed by a full cure to ensure durability. It's essential to refer to the instructions provided by your gel product's manufacturer, as different formulas may have specific curing needs. In addition, always check the product's website or customer support for any extra guidance that could enhance your use experience. Lastly, various lamps like SUNUV are specifically designed for gel nails, and using the right type can significantly affect the outcome of your manicure. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced nail artist, mastering the curing process will lead to beautiful and long-lasting results for your gel nails.
