MAKE: Vanilla matcha w/ cold foam

I cut out most caffeine, this is what I substituted coffee with and it has made me feel so much better!

⭐️I get my matcha powder from Target! They definitely have it everywhere I look for the ones with the least amount of ingredients & sugar.

⭐️2-3 Tsp of matcha mixed with 1/4 cup warm water. I use my little frother to mix the matcha with the water

⭐️In a separate cup I pour in just under 1/2 cup of milk. I am lactose intolerant so usually I use Coconut milk but today I had fairlife. I use my frother to froth the milk until foamy

⭐️pour on top of the matcha, mix & enjoy!! 🙌

⭐️Overall rating: 9/10

(Sweet matcha is my fav)

Made with matcha powder, warm water, and a milk frother, this recipe is both delicious and simple. Matcha, a finely ground powder from specially grown green tea leaves, is packed with antioxidants and offers a gentle caffeine boost without the jitters often associated with coffee. To prepare, mix 2-3 teaspoons of high-quality matcha powder with warm water until smooth. For the cold foam, use your choice of lactose-free milk—many prefer coconut or almond milk for a light touch. The inclusion of fairlife ultra-filtered lactose-free milk not only provides creaminess but also contains essential nutrients and a lower sugar content compared to regular milk.
