No bake granola balls 😋

These no bake granola balls are a great afternoon or pre workout snack. Full of energy sustaining ingredients and the flavor options are endless!

I used

Oats

Peanut butter

Dairy free chocolate chips

Cranberries

Shredded coconut

Chopped walnuts

Add ingredients to a bowl. Mix well. Put bowl in fridge for about 20 min to help ingredients stick. Roll into balls. Enjoy! Taste best after they sit in the fridge overnight. My kids love these too!

... Read moreNo-bake granola balls have become a popular choice for quick and nutritious snacks. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delightful treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while providing energy. Oats are a fantastic source of fiber, and when combined with peanut butter, they become a protein-packed snack that's great for kids after school or for adults before a workout. Adding dairy-free chocolate chips provides a touch of sweetness without the guilt, making these energy bites suitable for those following a dairy-free diet. Cranberries and chopped walnuts not only enhance the flavor but also add essential nutrients, including antioxidants and healthy fats. Making these no-bake granola balls is incredibly easy. After mixing the ingredients, letting them sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes helps the flavors meld together and makes rolling them into balls more manageable. For an extra delicious treat, store them overnight in the fridge. This allows the ingredients to fully combine, resulting in a chewiness that's sure to please the palate. Experiment with different ingredients; you can substitute maple syrup for sweetness or add other nuts and seeds for additional flavors. These no-bake granola balls are versatile, healthy, and quick to prepare, making them a perfect choice for meal prep or a last-minute snack! Whether you're fueling up for a workout, seeking out a healthy dessert option, or just want a tasty snack on hand, these granola balls will not disappoint.
