Places To Visit: East Tennessee Edition
Slide 1: Knoxville, TN- Knoxville is a great place for good city views. The University of Tennessee has lots to offers with their football, basketball, baseball, and soccer games. It’s a great and fun place to visit all year round. There are museums, some are free and others priced very affordable. If you love a good nightlife, this is the place to be as well. With lots of fun happenings around downtown and in the Old City. It’s a lovely place to be, just go see!Knoxville
Slide 2: Cades Cove, Townsend, TN- Cades cove is a beautiful spot located right in the Smokey Mountains. It has hiking trails, horse back rides, a loop to scenic views in your vehicle. There are campsites you can bring a tent or RV to, and hang out for a while. It’s definitely a place to come if you vacation to East Tennessee. The buildings (log cabins, churches, and a mill) in Cades Cove are amazing. Some are almost 200 years old (and yes! You can go inside most of these buildings). Slide 3: Zoo Knoxville, Knoxville, TN- Zoo Knoxville has a special place in my families heart! It’s a fun time and there’s always something happening! In October you can bring your kiddos for their special “Boo at the Zoo”, which is where you can explore the zoo and wear your costumes. Not to mention you get lots of candy from the staff! The zoo itself features animals like Red Pandas, Baboons, Wild Hogs, Gibbons, Tigers, Lions, and of course, BEARS! There are otters and they’ll swim right in front of you and show off their moves! The reptile and amphibian center is a fun and kid friendly interactive exhibit. Take your family for a visit here, they’re open almost all of the year! Please do not come to knoxville if your coming around here then please go to gatlinburg or pigeon forge there is where the attractions are plus there isn’t the greatest food here unless you like fast food, chain restaurants, to much grease your stomach hurts, or food that would make your relive college. This is only in knoxville go to nashville for food and you just have to find good places to eat but it’s really hard. Again places like pigeon forge or gatlinburg has better food, museums, mountain coasters, escape rooms, dollywood, and more!
