I always find myself smiling whenever I see her, and it's no wonder she inspires so many adorable headcanons! For me, her constant optimism and those bright, genuine smiles are what make her such a treasure. She's not just the first character many of us meet; she's also the embodiment of Mondstadt's free spirit and warmth, always ready to lend a hand, even if it sometimes means a little chaos! Her role as the Knights of Favonius' Outrider truly suits her. She’s always on the go, exploring, helping citizens, and bringing a ray of sunshine wherever she goes. It makes perfect sense that fans love imagining her in all sorts of fun, lighthearted scenarios. Think about it – who else could accidentally drop a Baron Bunny into Ei's plane of euthanasia and leave the Raiden Shogun impressed rather than annoyed? That's our Amber! Her charm is undeniable, even when things go hilariously wrong. I especially love seeing her interactions with other characters. It's so fun to picture her casually chatting with Diluc about new wines from Snezhnaya, always trying to find a common ground and make new friends. And her spirit of adventure? Unmatched! Racing Yelan around the Chasm with her glider just to see who's faster? That's pure Amber energy! It really highlights her playful and daring side. Even when her glider malfunctions in Inazuma, almost landing her in electrified waters, it's almost poetic that the eccentric Alice swoops in to save her. It shows how she attracts attention and care from even the most unexpected corners of Teyvat. Her kindness extends to everyone. Imagining her scolding a rude customer for Chiori shows her loyalty and protective nature. And trying to convince Durin to make a Baron Dragon that explodes water instead of fire? That's just peak Amber imagination, always trying to make things fun and helpful. Even when she tries to help Lynette escape a domain, leading to Diluc having to rescue them (and Lynette explaining why she's not allowed in domains!), it’s her heart that shines through. It's these little moments, whether canon or fan-made, that build our affection for her. Teaming up with Mualani to create a Gliding Surfboard (even if it gets banned!) or going on a shopping spree with Jahoda, who uses tricks for discounts – these headcanons just reinforce her joyful, creative, and sometimes mischievous personality.
