Whether it's checking inventory at the supplement store, setting up for a new personal training session, or just greeting my amazing team, there's always something to dive into. Seeing the shelves stocked with the latest health products or watching a client hit a new personal best – that's when those 'butterflies in my stomach' really kick in. It's a constant reminder of why I started this whole adventure. Managing both businesses definitely keeps me on my toes. One moment I might be discussing new product samples and marketing strategies for the supplement stores, and the next I'm reviewing client progress or planning fitness programs at the studio. Communication is key, and I rely heavily on my fantastic team.
