Tricep Workout !

Quick side bar...don't ask me about the intro lol I was being silly but it went with the sound a lil bit so I rolled with it 😆 🤣

But I hit my triceps today. I can't do tricep dips or tricep push ups because I have a "frozen" wrist. These are great alternatives if you are in the same boat !

I did 4 sets of 10 using 5, 10, and 12 pound dumbbells.
