Back Day at Home

One thing about resistance bands is they are sooo good for back days. I always feel like I have a good back workout when I use my resistance bands.

Most times I prefer weights but I don't mind bands for back days. Not to mention resistance bands are very accessible and can travel way better than dumbbells.

I did 4 sets of 12-15 for this workout and added more resistance when I could.

Fun fact: I was soooo deep into this episode of Baddies ya'll lmaoo I didn't even realize it until I went to edit 😂 😅
