Another day of trying to get extra core work in! Lately I've been hyper focused on my stomach fat and (in my head) the more core work I do the better...even though I know you can spot reduce areas...BEING DELULU IS MY SOLULU THOUGH 😄 🤣 😂
It's crazy how simple adjustments can enhance the workout.
Now the first two exercises felt a little weird at first so definitely start with a lower weight until you get the flow going.
I used 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells for this workout. I did 3 sets for a minute each!
