You Know Why I'm Here 😏

No better way to kick off the week !

Fupa workouts because home girl is still hanging around 😆 🤣 and of course I know you can't spot reduce fat so don't start this morning!

I just used ankle weights for this workout...no they aren't required and any weight will do.

I did everything 4 times each for 30-45 seconds.

Along with consistent workouts, maintaining a healthy diet plays a crucial role in any fitness journey. Additionally, consider incorporating a weekly plan that includes rest days to allow your muscles to recover while still being active. Engaging with online communities or friends can provide motivation. Remember, the journey towards fitness is not solely about aesthetics but also about health and wellness! Stay consistent, and celebrate the small victories each week!
