Did someone say SNATCHED WAIST 😳

So first, idk why my camera looks like this...it was acting like a tool this morning and I didn't have time to keep messing with it so NOT TOO MUCH! 🤣 😂

Most importantly though, this workout is for the abs and obliques! I tend to neglect my obliques so I figured I couldn't be the only one.

For this workout, I used a 10 pound dumbbell but it is not required for this to work! I did 4 sets of 10-15.
