I'm so hype behind being able to do a lunge!
If you are new here, I have joint mobility issues in my left ankle so the range of motion is very limited.
Yoga helps give me a lot more range of motion so my consistent yoga practice has improved my ankle to the point that today I was able to successfully do lunges again.
It's may seem small to someone without any joint issues but to me it's super huge and honestly I celebrate today because honestly I could not be able to do it tomorrow if my body decided to flare 😒😩
Two things I reallt wanted to be able to do again after my diagnosis was lunges and running.
I just started thinking about running again and today I decided to try lunges and surprised myself. So yea I'm definitely hype about that and it also is my sign to start back running too !
One thing that I love about fitness is the non scale victories because baby the scale ain't moved in months 😅 🙃 so I'm glad I have other things to be excited about.
**WORKOUT DETAILS**
The weight range was definitely all over the place so don't even ask lmaoo I literally used every weight 5-25 pounds.
I just did 4 sets of everything until my legs were shaking 😆
