Got stubborn bra fat? .REPORT HERE

So I kept seeing this back workout on IG and kept forgetting about it...finally remembered it this morning and I'm so glad!

It definitely hits those bra fat areas and these 5 pound dumbbells was all I needed.

These exercises were a little awkward (to me) at first so if you try it and it feels weird...it's not just you 😆 😅

Even though they feel weird I like how I can feel the engagement in those areas so definitely worth a try if the bra fat area is a problem for you.

I did 3 sets of 8-10 !

And of course it's not a back day for me if I don't do a quick back check and it gave what it needed to give

😆 🤣

... Read moreHey everyone! As someone who's constantly on the hunt for effective home workouts, I totally get the struggle with those pesky areas like stubborn bra fat and back bulge. It feels like no matter what you do, they just don't want to budge, right? The original routine I shared has been a game-changer for me, and I wanted to dive a bit deeper into why these types of back exercises are so crucial and how you can maximize your results. First off, let's talk about what "bra fat" and "back bulge" actually are. Often, these terms refer to excess skin or fat that gathers around the bra strap area and along the sides of your back. While you can't "spot reduce" fat from one specific area, targeted back workouts like the one I discovered can significantly help by building muscle in your lats, rhomboids, and rear deltoids. When these muscles are stronger and more developed, they create a smoother, more toned appearance, making that bra area look much more sculpted. Think of it as building a stronger foundation to push that soft tissue into a more desirable shape. For those of you asking "how to get rid of back fat workout," consistency is key! I know those 5-pound dumbbells might seem light, but focusing on proper form and engaging the right muscles makes them incredibly effective. When you're doing rows or flies, really squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. Imagine you're holding a pencil between them. This engagement is what truly activates those back muscles responsible for toning your bra area. Don't just swing the weights; make every rep count! What if 5 pounds isn't quite right for you? It's totally fine to adjust! If it's too light, try slowing down your reps (this is called time under tension) or adding an extra squeeze at the peak contraction. If it's a bit heavy, you can start with bodyweight variations or even lighter weights, focusing on mastering the movement before increasing the load. Remember, the goal is to feel the WORKOUT in your back, not just your arms. Now, about those "double stomach rolls" – while this specific WORKOUT focuses on your back, achieving an overall toned physique often comes down to a comprehensive approach. No single exercise will melt fat away from your stomach or back, but combining targeted muscle-building routines with a balanced diet and some cardio is your best bet. A strong core, which includes your back muscles, also contributes to better posture, which can make your midsection appear leaner. So, while this routine is fantastic for your BRA FAT area, consider adding some core exercises and incorporating healthy eating habits for the best results across your entire body. It's natural for new exercises to feel a little awkward at first. My advice? Stick with it! The more you practice, the more natural the movements will become, and the better you'll be able to activate those specific back muscles. I promise, feeling that engagement and seeing the progress in your back definition is incredibly motivating. Give this routine a try and let me know how it goes – let's get that snatched back together!
