I think I have the Monday Blues

I am 100% dragging this morning 😂😂 I feel like the weekend FLEW and I need an extra day to sleep...but adulting called and said it doesn't give af about NONE OF THAT 🙃 😅

So I did cardio and standing core...I literally only did standing core because I couldn't trust myself laying down...cuz it's nothing for me to take a nap real quick 😅

Ya'll know I don't do standing core like that but desperate times called for desperate measures lol

I used mainly 5 and 10 pound weights and did 3 sets of 10 -12
