For a good reason though! I've been seeing a lot of "butts and guts" workouts on my TL lately so I wanted to put my spin on it.
So we are hitting the glutes and core with this workout.
Obviously ya'll see we had dumbbells (4, 20 and 25 pounds),a resistance band, and ankle weights to get this in. You don't need all of them for success either. I just like to add for more resistance.
I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything.
Fun fact: the last exercise, I have been trying to do for a while but I couldn't get my body off the floor 😫 🙃 but I finally did it...even though I'm barely off the floor I will still take it because a win is a win!!
