LOW IMPACT FULL BODY FRIDAY

FULL BODY FRIDAY ✅️

I'm almost over whatever plague decided to destroy my life this week 🙃 😩 but at 3 am it's very much still miserable for me so this was about as challenging and low impact as I could do today.

I'm sharing this because a lot of times it may look easy to keep showing up but babyy your dedication has to be there because I definitely did not want to get up today but so many people look forward to Full Body Fridays and I honestly just feel so much better mentally when I work out.

Now I'm not saying choose to work out over rest if you are sick...I'm saying you know what works best for your body so listen to what it's telling you. I did take multiple days of rest...at the expense of my mental health...and my mental and physical health both can't be struggling so I had to pick a side!

As far as workout details go, I did 3 sets of 10-12 and use mainly 10 and 15 pound dumbbells!

I hope everyone hit a new goal this week!
