IT'S FRI YAY

*FULL BODY FRIDAYYYYY*

I went for a full body challenge workout today. I did see it on IG first but then lost it so I can't credit the originator 😪

I used 10 and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout. As you can see, you do 5 reps of everything back to back. I did 6 rounds total.

I will say by the time I got to the last exercise I was struggling 😆 🤣 But it was a great challenge!

It didn't take me long to do either and I still feel like I got a great workout in.

Also, I wasn't going as fast as it looks in the video.. please go slow and controlled ! I just had to speed it up for timing purposes 😆 🤣

Ya'll gotta try this one out and let me know what you think! If you are like me and worried that you won't actually complete this trust me you will just start with 5 pounds and move the weight up if you can!!
