I found this challenge on Instagram and I had to see if I could do it and with how much weight.
The person doing it did it with 30 pounds so I was trying to get to their level...however at 20 pounds I definitely pulled something in my shoulder so we stuck with 15 pounds 😆
So you do 5 reps of everything...take a minute off and get right back to it. I was able to get through 6 rounds...but that last round was HARDDDDD !
This was great though because I feel it everywhere! Ya'll try and let me know how many sets ya'll can get through and what weight you used!
