Not even gonna hold yall...This one is not for the weak !

First hiit workout for the week in the book!

I mainly used 15 pound dumbbells for this workout and did everything for 45 secs to a minute with 1 minute rest in between.

Now some of these I BARELY made 45 seconds so even if you just get 30 seconds in just do more rounds. I did 4 rounds of everything. .and you talk about body on fire!
