No weight needed but you can add some ankle weights if you are feeling froggy.

I had every intention of doing 3 sets of 30...did it happen...not at all most of these I got to a solid 8-10 lmaoo

So yea just hit 3 sets till failure!

My abs were also already sore from yesterday's HIIT so that probably didn't help 😅

Lastly, that cobra stretch at the end is LOVE for the abs so be sure to stretch them out a few times today if you hit this workout !
