Heavy on the core work and also gets your some upper body work in as well.

I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything.

It's a rainy day here today so if you are skipping the gym for weather you can get this in at home in like 25 minutes !

Last thing, the stretch at the end is a yoga pose that will help stretch out all the muscles you worked from those plank variations! Don't skip that part especially if your shoulders feel tight after this!
