It's been a while since I did a seated core workout so let's get into it!
Weights used were 5 pound dumbbells and I did 4 sets of everything until failure.
These look basic on video but definitely burn...
OAN: the abs are slowly coming in...I know I can see them...now if you can't...I aint ask so keep it to yourself lmaooo
