LEG DAY ✅️

4 sets till failure with the heaviest weight you can for everything and I used 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells..the kettlebell was 50 pounds!

Not even gonna hold ya'll most of my "till failure" was like 6-10...my body still feels weaker than normal but we are still pushing..thinking about taking a day off the weights tomorrow but we will see 😆
