Last week I completely lost my mind with the holidays so we definitely have work to do.
I usually don't start my week with leg day because I don't want to go through the whole week with deer legs 🙃 BUT I got 30 pound dumbbells for Christmas and I was PANINI PRESSED to use them
I pretty much used the 30 pound dumbbells for the whole workout minus the 10 pound dumbbell I used for the step ups (ya'll know my ankles weak 😆 🤣)
As far as reps go, I did 4 sets until failure which was 8-10 for everything
It always feels good to get back into the flow of things but I definitely felt those days off lol
Finished the workout with 30 mins boxing and 20 mins yoga
