But first, let's get into this outfit from Prozis ! It is giving cute wife on the golf course 😆 🤣 Definitely one of my favorite outfits from Prozis thus far. It's just so girlie and I love bras that cross in the back way more than the standard ones.

Now to the workout: I did 4 sets of 10-15 for everything today and I used a 10, 15, and 30 pound dumbbell for the workouts.
Small Black: 10
Big Gray: 15
Regular black: 30
Looking back and editing it seems like it was an easy workout but my body was saying otherwise so yeaa rest days loading 😆
