My favorite day of the week!

This one was fun! I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and used mainly 10 and 15 pound dumbbells except for using 5 pounds for the raises into curls.

This pretty much hits everything so if you missed a day this week gon head and tap in with this workout.

Also, idk why it seems like I'm moving so fast because it definitely didn't feel like it during the workout 🙃 😅
