Tried that last exercise for the first time today and babyy it is nothing to be played with...everything was burning lol I will say it feels weird at first but just see it through!
So for that exercise I did 4 sets of like 6-8 I lost count as my soul was leaving my body 😆 🤣
Everything else was 4 sets of 10. Of course the weights were all over the place but if you absolutely need to know a number 5 or 10 pound dumbbells will get the job done.
Not even gonna lie my legs are already sore so don't skip stretching today you will need it !
