But first shouties to PROZIS for this crop top...baby this thing is so soft and comfy!!! PROZIS IS DEFINITELY 10/10 ON THE CLOTHES!

I love a long sleeve crop top especially when my heat is on and my body can't decide it it's cold or hot 😅

I also love the fact that the material is breathable and flexible enough to fit my bat wings...sometimes long sleeves get a little tight in that area for me 🤣 😂

Now let's get into the workout details! Ya'll already know the weights were all over the place but make sure to use a weight that can get you to 10 reps with a mild struggle on reps 8-10...if you are getting to 10 easy you need to add more weight. I did 3 sets of 10 for everything!

HAPPY FRIDAY YA'LL!! Active recovery for me this weekend will be yoga. If you aren't a yogi definitely take advantage of the beautiful weather and go out and take a nice stroll!
