Today's workout was heavy on the bra fat area so if this is one of your pain points definitely don't skip this one.

The weights ranged for 5-20 pound dumbbells depending on the exercise and I did 4 sets of 10. Make sure you squeezing those back muscles at the end of every rep to get the full benefits and always remember slow and controlled!!

You have to be careful with your back. Anyone who has back pain will tell you it is nothing to play with. So slow and controlled movements in addition to using a weight that allows you proper form is key!
