Another day for a bat wing slay! One thing I'm never skipping until I stop flying is a triceps workout.
One you get fat in this area it's honestly extremely hard to reduce it. TRUST me I know first hand...and sometimes I feel like they will never go completely away. I'm just trusting the process and not giving up.
It takes time though...A LOT of time but the time will pass anyway. It's taken a lot of time for me but the improvement is noticeable to me now. So just remember keep showing up for your future self ❤️
I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and the dumbbells used were 5 and 10 pounds. I used the heaviest I could for everything.
