Sore Legs Yoga Flow

If you know me fr you know Yoga is my one daily non negotiable. No matter how I feel I have to get my yoga in.

I'm big on peace of mind and yoga is one way to gain it and keep me grounded.

It's also crucial for my joint health and even better for sore muscles which is why I decided on this flow today because babyyy my legs are good and sore from yesterday!!

This flow is specifically geared to tight glutes, hamstrings, and hips! These are some of my favorite go to poses when I am super sore in those areas.

I literally recommend yoga to everyone because there are so many benefits and it's something that everyone can do at any level.

I usually find my flows on Youtube (Yoga with Bird is great for beginners and Jess Yoga is a little more advanced) There are tons of others but those are just my favorite.

My challenge to you is to try it today and see how you feel mentally and physically afterwards...who's down?
