Ya'll my heart is so full of joy this Friday! I just found out I was selected as one of the TOP 40 Charlotte fitness influencers!!!!
I'm not sure if it really matters but I was also number 14 out of 40 so in my head that's an even bigger deal.
When I first started posting my workouts I honestly just wanted to help individuals battling Rheumatoid Arthritis like myself.
If you don't know I literally was told at 24 years old to get used to the thought of needing a wheelchair because RA was taking over my body so badly. I just couldn't fathom that thought so I did EVERYTHING I could to beat it.
At that time, I was also a heavy gym girlie but I had to stop going and posting my workouts then because I literally could not hardly walk and it was embarrassing...once I stopped going to the gym..I was depressed and turned to alcohol...daily...which also didn't help the RA...long story short my life was turned upside down..
Fast forward to this moment, I am still dedicated to helping others with RA through low impact joint friendly workouts that actually get results but I am also helping individuals who don't want to go to the gym for whatever reason.
Who would of thought my little home workout videos from my living room would make such an impact. I get so many messages daily it really warms my heart. Yes I make money from my content but the impact is so much bigger than that for me.
So for all of you who support me and show love daily it means a lot. I hope to keep inspiring you too ❤️ 💙 💜

I used 10 and 15 pound dumbbells, core sliders, and my bench for this workout
I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything and the bench jumps I did for 20 seconds for each round. I know some people don't do the double bounce thing that I'm doing but aunties ankles weak so I need to brace myself 😅 😂
We made it to Friday ya'll and I just want to say no matter what always be you and continue to spread positivity to the world. When you do good you feel good and you will win...may not be at the time you would hope or wish for but it comes right on time.
