We (Me and K) are adjusting to lots of changes with our schedules so I'm a little more drained than normal...it's giving rest day tomorrow so I can squeeze in a few more Zs...not completely sure but just in case
FULL BODY DAY!! I just can't leave ya'll hanging for the full body days bc ya'll love them so much.
So weights I used a range of 5-20 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets till failure. I wish I could give yall a rough estimate but I'm so tired I was just going till my body was like DASSIT for each set lmaoo
