Welcome to Monday! Kicking off this week with some push day activities!
For people who struggle grouping workouts together you can definitely do a push day and pull day for your upper body workouts.
I find it easier when you group them like this to make sure you are giving each muscle group attention.
I tend to miss out on chest work a lot because I'm so focused on other aspects of my arms but I got some in today !
For the majority of the workout, I used 15 and 20 pound dumbbells. The only time I used the 5 pound dumbbells was for my triceps kickbacks. I did 4 sets of 12 for everything as well!
