Happy Monday Friends !
Welcome to Monday! Kicking off this week with some push day activities!
For people who struggle grouping workouts together you can definitely do a push day and pull day for your upper body workouts.
I find it easier when you group them like this to make sure you are giving each muscle group attention.
I tend to miss out on chest work a lot because I'm so focused on other aspects of my arms but I got some in today !
For the majority of the workout, I used 15 and 20 pound dumbbells. The only time I used the 5 pound dumbbells was for my triceps kickbacks. I did 4 sets of 12 for everything as well!
Let's have a great week fam 💜

Push day workouts are essential for building a balanced upper body, effectively targeting muscles such as the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Incorporating exercises like bench presses, push-ups, and tricep kickbacks ensures each muscle group receives attention. For beginners or busy moms, focus on high-rep sets with lighter weights to create a manageable routine. Aim for 4 sets of 12 repetitions to promote endurance and strength. Remember to warm up properly to prevent injuries and maximize your performance. Staying consistent is key to achieving your fitness goals and feeling empowered through your routines. Are you looking for more workout inspiration? Try incorporating variations like incline push-ups or dumbbell flyes to your routine for added difficulty and variety. Follow social media channels and fitness groups to stay motivated and find new ideas for your weekly workouts. Don't forget to celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and share your fitness journey with friends for accountability. Happy training!
