I worked a lot of shifts this weekend and somehow my body woke up an HOUR before my alarm and I couldn't fall back asleep...soon as I gave in and just got up suddenly I was tired 🙃
At least the mission was accomplished 😆 although I don't recommend doing these if you are tired because I definitely hit a quick snooze a few times lmaooo
I did 3 sets of 30 seconds for everything with 20-30 seconds rest in between sets. I did use a 5 pound dumbbell but it's definitely not necessary
