TANK TOP ARMS??

This workout is perfect for giving your arms a toned look AND you only need two 5 pound dumbbells. I actually thought 5 was going to be too light tbh but from my faces you can tell they weren't 😆 🤣

This workout hits a lot of the inner arm area (where rolls tend to form) so if that's an area of concern don't skip this one!

I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything!
