It's been a while since I've done a leg day. Tbh I have no problem skipping leg days to get in more fupa workouts 🙃 😅
I literally chose legs over core just because the core workouts get so repetitive especially when you post daily.
This was just a quick leg workout bc Im still struggling with this new reality and laying in the bed seems to be my coping mechanism buuuuut no matter what life throws at me I've always came out better and stronger.
It's gonna take some time but honestly I'm just celebrating showing up at all. One day at a time is all I can really say to anyone dealing with life's downs.
For this workout I used 20 and 30 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets of 12 for everything.
