I barely made it but ..

Quick little full body friday action!

Literally took about 20 mins. I did 4 sets of 12 for everything and used 10 and 15 pound dumbbells.

Not gonna lie those suitcase squats with the bicep curls did feel weird but I personally think it's because suitcase squats just feel weird to me in general 😅

It's been a crazy week in my life...today makes a week already since Paw passed. I'm always telling ya'll to celebrate small wins so my small win is not giving in to sleeping the pain away this week and trying to fall into a new normal...and although everyday wasn't perfect I made it through. I'm proud of me...and anyone else who fought through storms this week.

Ya'll have a good weekend and send me all the good vibes as we prepare for this funeral on Sunday 💔
