One thing about back day...I'm gonna do some rows ! Lol I literally love that with the adjustment of your wrists you can hit different parts of your back.
Obviously this was heavy on the rows. I personally feel like rows are so basic but they really are great for your back days...and beginner friendly.
I only used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 4 sets till failure for everything (which was like 15).
Followed this workout with 30 mins boxing and 10 mins of yoga!
It's amazing what you can accomplish in a good hour workout. Don't think you have to workout for hours for results...with the right intention and pace an hour is plenty!
