ARMS ON A TUESDAY !

Ignore the fact that l look like Christmas. It was cold af in my house this morning and l just refuse to turn the heat on in May. These leggings are just so warm to me and l was already planning to wear

this crop top. I didn't realize I was giving Christmas until I started to edit haha. BTW, I did workout yesterday bc we don't miss Mondays around here but chose tosleep in though which messed up my time to edit so here we are lol

This workout is to tone and tighten your arms. I literally hit my entire arm (well upperarms atleast) with this workout so if you are a person that can't split your upperbody days between

biceps and triceps this is a great one to do.l used5, 10,and 15pound dumbbells for this workout and did 3 sets of 12. I used the heaviest weight could for everything and followed this workout

with 30 mins of cardio and 10 mins of yoga.

These arms have came such a long way!! Very proud of myself but also recognize there is still more work to do! So these are my favorite moves that target your triceps (aka bat wings or good macaroni arms 😆) I used 5 and 10 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 4 sets of 10-12. HAPPY M
