WE DID IT!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Ya'll know what today is !

Fridays are always the last day I weight training and do cardio for the week (Yoga still gets done on the weekends)

I take Saturday and Sunday off to rest so Fridays are the perfect day for a Full Body Workout because everything that's sore will have two days to rest.

I also like doing Full Body on Fridays because I can focus more on what I missed during the week (for example, this is more leg intensive since I skipped legs AGAIN 😅 )

The weights were all over the place so I really can't tell you exactly the weights used but I did do 4 reps of 12-15 for everything. I ended this workout with 20 mins cardio and 20 mins yoga.
