This is a speedy type of morning for me but I can't skip my core day! And yes it's diastasis recti friendly !
Usually I workout [and yoga] for an hour and a half sometime 2 in the morning..which is why I'm up before the sun but today dont have the time
This literally took like 15 mins and I was able to do 20 mins core and 15 mins yoga.
I just used a 10 pound dumbbell and did 4 sets of 15-20.
You literally don't need HOURS to get a good workout in!
